Method:

1. Arrange tray with baking paper. Place fried noodles in a bowl and melt chocolate in a microwave, stirring, at 1-minute intervals.
2. Place some fried noodles onto baking paper in a small pile, then dip 1/3 of pretzel stick into melted chocolate and place onto a pile of noodles. Sprinkle some more noodles over pretzel part that is dipped in chocolate and using your fingers mould noodles into the shape of broom brush.
3. Repeat with remainder pretzel sticks.
4. Using writing icing tube create a rope that holds brush together. Allow to set for 10 minutes before serving.
