Ingredients:
- 1 pkt Chang's Traditional Super Lo-Cal Noodles or Chang's Super Lo-Cal Wide Noodles
- 1 small clove garlic, minced
- 1cm x 1cm fresh ginger finely chopped
- 1 tsp Chang's Pure Sesame Oil
Sauce:
- 2 tsp Chang's Gluten Free Tamari Light Soy Sauce
- 1 tsp Chang's Original Oyster Sauce
- 1 tsp maple syrup
- ½ tsp rice vinegar
Garnish:
- fresh green onion, finely sliced
- fresh coriander leaves
- chilli flakes
Method:
- Rinse and drain noodles according to packet instructions. Combine the sauce ingredients in a bowl and whisk.
- Add to a pan the sesame oil, ginger and garlic and sauté for 1 minute.
- Add to the pan the noodles and sauce. Over high heat combine for 1 minute.
- Turn off heat. Pour into bowl and garnish with green onions, coriander and chilli flakes.
