Ingredients:
- 1/4 cup Chang's Gluten Free Tamari Light Soy Sauce
- 1/3 cup sweet chilli sauce
- 2 cloves garlic, crushed
- 12 chicken drumsticks, skin on
- 2x 100g packets Chang's Original Fried Noodles
- 3 cups finely shredded red cabbage
- 4 green onions, sliced
- 2 carrots, coarsely grated
Method:
- Combine soy sauce, sweet chilli sauce and garlic in a small bowl.
- Place chicken in a large glass bowl and pour over the sauce mixture, tossing well to combine.
- Place chicken on a baking rack inside a baking tray and bake in a 200 degree Celsius oven, basting and turning the chicken for 20-25 minutes or until chicken is golden and cooked through.
- Serve chicken with combined fried noodles, cabbage, onions and carrot.
- Garnish with toasted slivered almonds, coriander and sesame seeds if desired.
