Ingredients:
- 1 packet Chang's Long Life Noodles (Gluten Free Option use Chang's Thai Style Rice Noodles)
- 6 chicken thigh fillets, diced into 2cm cubes
- 140ml Chang's Japanese Teriyaki Sauce (280ml)
- 2 tablespoons Chang's Tamari Light Soy Sauce
- 1 tablespoon Chang's Sesame Oil
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- 3 tablespoons cooking oil
- 1 head broccoli, cut into small florets
- 1 red capsicum, cut into short strips
- 2 green onions, thinly sliced
- Sea salt and pepper
- Sesame seeds
Method:
- Season the chicken with sea salt, pepper and Chang’s Sesame Oil. Set aside to marinade.
- In the meantime, prepare the noodles according to packet instructions. Drain and set aside.
- In a large heated wok, add 1 tablespoon of the cooking oil and the chicken. Cook until golden. Transfer to a plate.
- Add to the same wok the remaining cooking oil along with the broccoli and red capsicum. Stir fry for only 2-3 minutes.
- Return the chicken to wok along with the garlic and stir fry to combine. Next add the noodles, Chang’s Tamari Light Soy Sauce and Chang’s Japanese Teriyaki Sauce. Toss to coat well and bring to boil to allow sauce to thicken.
- Serve hot and top with toasted sesame seeds and green onions.
