Makes:10 x 300ml dessert glasses

Ingredients:
- 600ml thickened cream
- 500g fresh strawberries, diced
- 350g frozen blueberries
- 200g mini meringues kisses, roughly crushed
- ½ packet Chang's Original Fried Noodles or Chang's Gluten Free Fried Noodles for a gluten-free option
- Mint leaves to garnish (optional)
Method:
- Prepare all your ingredients, set out your serving glasses and then whip the cream.
- Whip the cream until soft peaks form. Once whipped, gently fold in half of the crushed meringue kisses.
- Now to assemble. Firstly add the blueberries and strawberries, secondly, dollop some of the cream, thirdly add some crushed meringue kisses and finally top it off with a sprinkle of Chang’s Fried Noodles. Repeat the process and finish it with a garnish of mint leaves.
