Ingredients:
- 500g mixed, different types and coloured tomatoes, cut in different sizes and shapes
- 2 spring onions, white and pale green parts only, sliced
- ½ cup coriander leaves, roughly chopped
- 1 pack Chang’s Original Crispy Noodles
- ½ cup Chang’s Asian Salad Dressing
- ¼ cup olive oil
Method:
- Mix the Chang’s Asian Salad Dressing and oil in a salad bowl then add the tomatoes, spring onions, and coriander, stirring well to coat. Just before serving stir through the Chang’s Original Fried Noodles.
