Marinade Ingredients:
- 2 kg chicken wings
- 3 tbs lemon juice
- 3 tbs tomato sauce
- 3 tbs Chang's Original Hoisin Sauce
- 2 tbs Chang's Soy Sauce Dark
- 2 tbs Chang's Original Oyster Sauce
- 1 tbs Chang's Pure Sesame Oil
- 1 tbs minced fresh ginger
- 1 tbs minced fresh garlic
- 1 tsp Chinese 5 Spice
To serve:
Optional to Garnish:
- Toasted sesame seeds
- Cucumber, sliced
- Green onions, sliced
- Red chilli, sliced
- Coriander
Method:
- Combine all the marinade ingredients and coat the chicken wings. Place in fridge for 15 - 20 minutes.
- In the meantime, prepare the garnish options and prepare baking tray with baking paper. Pre heat oven to 180C fan forced
- Spread chicken wings over baking tray and brush with remaining marinade. Cook for 40 minutes. Check after 20 minutes and rotate tray to cook evenly.
- While the chicken wings are cooking, boil the noodles. Once cooked drizzle sesame oil and soy sauce and combine well to evenly coat (Optional to use Chang’s Original Hot Chilli Sauce for a spicy noodle alternative)
- Serve noodles and chicken wings immediately and garnish with green onions, chilli and toasted sesame seeds.
