Ingredients:
- 2 Packets Chang's Crunchy Fried Noodles
- 1 cup mini salted pretzels
- 2 Mars bars, roughly chopped
- 2 Crunchie bars, roughly chopped
- 250g butter, chopped
- 2 cups white sugar
- 100g milk chocolate, finely chopped
Method:
- Combine noodles, pretzels, mars and crunchie bars together in a large bowl. Scatter mixture over two large baking trays lined with baking paper.
- Combine butter and sugar in a medium saucepan, cooking and stirring over low heat until sugar is dissolved. Increase heat to medium, and boil gently for 10 minutes or until toffee reaches hard crack stage. To test for this stage, drop a spoon full of mixture into a bowl of cold water. When cooled, remove toffee from the water. Mixture is ready when the toffee is brittle.
- When the toffee is ready, pour over noodle mixture on trays. Sprinkle over chocolate.
- Refrigerate, uncovered, for 30 minutes or until hard. Break into pieces before serving.
