Ingredients:
- 1 pkt Chang's Thai Style Rice Noodles or 1 pkt Chang's Long Life Noodles
- 1/3 cup peanut butter or preferred nut butter
- 2 tbs rice vinegar
- 2 tbs Chang's Pure Sesame Oil
- 2 tbs Chang's Original Hoisin Sauce
- 2 tbs hot sauce
Method:
- Prepare Spicy Satay Sauce by adding all ingredients (excluding noodles) to food processor and blending for 30 seconds.
- Prepare noodles as per packet instructions. Drain and place in wide bowl.
- Pour Spicy Satay Sauce over noodles and combine well.
- Add an extra tablespoon of Chang’s Sesame Oil if needed. Optional to garnish with coriander leaves, parsley leaves or chilli flakes.
