Ingredients:
- 1 packet Chang's Original Fried Noodles, or Chang's Gluten Free Fried Noodles
- ¼ Chinese cabbage, shredded
- ¼ purple cabbage, shredded
- 1 large carrot, sliced thinly
- 4 green onions, sliced on the diagonal
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 red chillies, finely sliced
- 125g can of corn
- Juice of 1 lime
- ½ cup Chang's Crispy Noodle Salad Dressing
Method:
- In a dish combine Chang’s Fried Noodle Salad Dressing and juice of 1 lime and whisk.
- Combine all salad ingredients (excluding Fried Noodles) in a deep bowl. Pour over the sauce and toss until well coated.
- Add Chang’s Fried Noodles to salad. Serve immediately.
