Ingredients:
- 400g smoked trout, all bones removed and flesh flaked into large pieces
- 16 snow peas, trimmed and blanched in boiling water then refreshed in iced water and drained
- 2 spring onions, sliced
- 8 cherry or grape tomatoes, halved
- 2 packets of Chang's Traditional Super Lo-Cal Noodles, rinsed under cold water and drained
- ½ bunch coriander, leaves only
Dressing:
- 1 clove garlic, grated
- 2 tbsp. neutral oil
- 1 tbsp. mirin
- 1 tbsp. rice vinegar
- 1 tbsp. Chang's Gluten Free Tamari Light Soy Sauce
- 1 tsp. Chang's Pure Sesame Oil
- *Alternatively use 2/3 cup Chang's Crispy Noodle Salad Dressing
Method:
- Gently toss all salad ingredients in a large bowl with enough of the dressing to thoroughly moisten all the ingredients.
- Transfer to one large or four small serving plates.
- If not using Chang’s Oriental Salad Dressing, combine all dressing ingredients well and reserve.
