Ingredients:
- 3 tsps Chang's Gluten Free Tamari Light Soy Sauce
- 3 tsps Chang's Pure Sesame Oil
- 2 tbsps sesame seeds
- 1 tbsp finely grated lime rind
- 750g beef rump steak, thinly sliced
- 2 tbsps peanut oil
- 2 cloves garlic, crushed
- 1 bunch (150g) Choy sum, trimmed, coarsely chopped
- 200g broccolini, trimmed, roughly chopped
- 1/2 cup vegetable stock
- 1 packet Chang's Crunchy Fried Noodles
Method:
- Combine soy sauce, sesame oil, seeds, rind and beef in a large bowl. Refrigerate, covered, for 20 minutes.
- Heat oil in a large wok until smoking. Cook beef, in batches, for 2 minutes or until browned. Remove from wok and set aside.
- Add garlic, and cook for 20 seconds. Add Choy sum, broccolini and stock and cook for 2-3 minutes until broccolini is tender.
- Return beef to wok and cook a further 2 minutes.
- Remove wok from heat and quickly toss through the noodles. Serve with chopped fresh chilli if desired.
