Ingredients:
- 1 tbsp. neutral oil
- 200g beef mince
- 1 clove garlic, crushed
- ½ onion finely chopped
- 2 tbsp. finely chopped spring onions
- 2 tbsp. finely chopped bamboo shoots
- 6 green beans cut in 5mm pieces
- 2 tbsp. Chang’s Oyster Sauce
- 4 iceberg lettuce leaves, trimmed into a circular bowl shape-refrigerated
Method:
- Prepare and heat oil in a wok. Add the beef, garlic and onion, cooking until the beef turns grey and the onion softens, stirring frequently.
- Add the beans and bamboo shoots and stir for 30 seconds before adding the Chang’s Oyster Sauce and simmering for one minute.
- Allow to cool slightly and spoon into chilled lettuce cups
