Ingredients:
- 150g packet large marshmallows
- 40g dry roasted peanuts
- 50g Changs Gluten Free Fried noodles
- 350g good quality milk chocolate, chopped
- 20g Glacé Cherries
Method:
- Line the base and sides of a 20cm square cake pan with baking paper. Prepare all the ingredients, cutting glacé cherries and large marshmallows with scissors. Then place all the ingredients in a bowl.
- Place chocolate into a microwave-safe bowl and cook on high power for 30 sec. Stir and repeat until chocolate is melted. Cool for a few mins, pour over the marshmallow mix and stir until combined.
- Spoon mixture into the pan and set aside for 2 hr or until chocolate is set – if it is extremely hot, chill in the refrigerator until set. Cut into pieces to serve.
