Ingredients:
- 1 pack Changs Crunchy Noodles
- ½ small red cabbage
- 1 carrot, cut into thin strips
- ½ red capsicum, cut into thin strips
- ½ cup coriander leaves
- ½ cup mint leaves
- ¾ cup Changs Oriental Fried Noodle Salad Dressing
Method:
- Remove the core from the cabbage, discard. Roughly shred the leaves and place in a large bowl.
- Add the carrot, capsicum and herbs and mix.
- Just before serving add the Changs Crunchy Noodles and Changs Oriental Fried Noodle Salad Dressing. Toss until fully combined. Great served with chicken, meat or seafood.
