Ingredients:
Salad:
- 1 packet Chang's Fried Noodles
- ½ Chinese cabbage, shredded
- 6 green onions, sliced
- ½ cup slivered almonds
- 1 carrot cut into matchsticks
- 1 red capsicum thinly sliced
- 1 yellow capsicum thinly sliced
- ½ bunch coriander leaves
Dressing:
- ¼ cup Chang's Fried Noodle salad dressing
- 1 tbs Chang's Soy-sauce
- Juice of 1 lime
Method:
- Combined cabbage, almonds, onions, carrot, red and yellow capsicum in a large bowl.
- In a separate bowl combine and whisk well Chang’s Salad dressing and soy sauce.
- Drizzle salad with dressing. Toss and combine well, then add the packet of fried noodles.
- Squeeze lime juice over entire salad and serve immediately.
