Ingredients:
- 1 packet Chang's Long Life Noodles
- ¼ small green cabbage, shredded
- ¼ small red cabbage, shredded
- ½ cup fresh mint leaves
- 1 large carrot, grated
- 4 green onions, sliced diagonally
- 1 tablespoon toasted sesame seeds
- 2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
- 2 tablespoons Chang's Pure Sesame Oil
- ½ cup Chang's Crispy Noodle Salad Dressing + 2 tablespoons
Method:
- Cook Chang’s Long Life Noodles according to packet instructions, rinse under cold water and drain. Place into large serving bowl and coat the noodles with ½ a cup of Chang’s Crispy Noodle Salad Dressing. Toss to combine and set aside.
- Add all the salad ingredients to the noodles, including the cabbage, carrot, green onions and mint.
- Drizzle over the salad, Chang’s Sesame Oil, lime juice and the remaining Crispy Noodle Salad Dressing. Sprinkle the sesame seeds and toss gently to combine. Serve.
