Ingredients:
- 1 pack Chang's Original Fried Noodles
- 1kg pork mince
- 100g green beans, trimmed and shredded diagonally
- 2 green onions, sliced diagonally
- ¾ cup Chang's Original Hoisin Sauce
- 1 tablespoon toasted sesame seeds, to serve
- 8-10 iceberg lettuce leaves, trimmed, to serve
Method:
- Heat a little oil in a large wok or non-stick frying pan over high heat. Add pork and stir fry until browned and nearly cooked through.
- Add the beans and green onions and stir fry for 2-3 minutes then stir through the Changs Hoisin Sauce. Toss until the pork mixture is fully coated and cooked through then remove from the heat.
- Serve the pork mix in iceberg lettuce cup garnished with sesame seeds. Drizzle over a little extra Changs Hoisin Sauce if desired.
