Ingredients:
- 500g white chocolate melts
- 80g salted natural popped popcorn
- 50g coconut flakes
- 1 packet Chang's Original Fried Noodles or Chang's Gluten Free Fried Noodles for a gluten-free option.
Method:
- Line a tin (30x20cm) with baking paper.
- Pour into a large bowl the popcorn, coconut flakes and Chang’s Fried Noodles of choice. Mix to combine and evenly distribute.
- Place chocolate in microwave bowl and heat, mixing in 30 second intervals, or melt on stovetop in a heat proof bowl over a pot of simmering water. Once melted, pour over popcorn crunch mix and stir to combine and evenly coat.
- Pour the popcorn crunch mixture into the prepared tin, spread in an even layer and pack it down firmly with the back of a spatula. Place into the refrigerator for 20 minutes or until chocolate has hardened. Remove and slice into desired size pieces.
