Ingredients:
- 4 tbsps rice bran oil
- 500g beef stir fry strips
- 1 large red onion, thinly sliced
- 2 cloves garlic, crushed
- 1tsp cracked black pepper
- 1 bunch snake beans, sliced
- 1 bunch baby bok choy, sliced
- 3tbsps Chang's Gluten Free Tamari Light Soy Sauce
- 1 tbsp raw sugar
- 1 tbsp Chang's Original Hoisin Sauce
- 2x100g packets Chang's Original Fried Noodles li>
Method:
- Heat a wok over high heat, add 1/2 the oil and beef strips, in batches, for 2 minutes.
- Transfer to a plate. Heat remaining oil in the wok and add onion, garlic and pepper, stir fry for 2 minutes or until, onion is softened. Add beans and bok choy to the wok and stir fry a further 3 minutes.
- Combine soy sauce, sugar and hoisin sauce in the wok with 2tbsps cold water and toss to combine well.
- Return beef to the wok with the noodles, tossing again to combine and serve garnished with lime wedges, sliced red chilli and fried shallots if desired.
