Ingredients:
- 1 pkt Chang's Long Life Noodles
- 200g Edamame beans, frozen
- 3 green onions, sliced
- 1 large carrot, shredded
- 1 red chilli, sliced
- ¼ iceberg lettuce, shredded
- ¼ cup Chang's Crispy Noodle Salad Dressing
- 1 tbs toasted sesame seeds
- 1 pkt Chang's Original Fried Noodles
- 2 tsp Chang's Pure Sesame Oil
- Coriander
Method:
- Prepare Chang’s Long Life Noodles according to packet instructions. Set aside to cool down. Boil the edamame beans for 10 minutes, drain and set aside to cool down.
- In a bowl combine Chang’s Salad Dressing and Sesame Oil. Whisk until well combined and set aside.
- Add noodles to a large mixing bowl and pour over the dressing. Combine until evenly coated.
- Assemble salad. Combine noodles, beans, lettuce, carrot, onions, chilli, sesame seeds and coriander. Sprinkle Chang’s Fried Noodles and toss again until well combined.
- Serve.
