Ingredients:
- 1 packet Chang's Original Fried Noodles (For Gluten Free option use Chang's Gluten Free Fried Noodles.)
- 4 chocolate blocks broken in half (we used 70% cacao)
- 8 lolly pop sticks
- 16 sugar candy eyeballs
- 200g chocolate buttons
- 2x colour of choice writing icing tubes
Method:
- Prepare a sheet of baking paper on a tray to place monster pops. Melt half of the chocolate drops in the microwave at 45sec intervals and stirring in between.
- Place the chocolate onto the baking paper. On the backside of the chocolate, place the lollypop stick halfway onto the chocolate block (the other half of the stick is hanging off). Pour melted chocolate over stick and chocolate block to secure in place and put into the freezer for 10 minutes. In the meantime, melt the remaining chocolate buttons.
- To create the noodle hair, dip the top end of the chocolate bar into he melted chocolate and then press into the bowl of fried noodles.
- Dip the back of the eyes into the melted chocolate and place onto the monster face and using the frosting gel tubes create the mouth and stitches. Place into the fridge until set. Enjoy.
