Ingredients:
- 6 hot dog bread buns, sliced in half
- 6 hot dog sausages, prepared according to the packet
- 1 carrot, grated
- 3 radishes, thinly sliced
- Handful of sprouts
- Handful of Chang's Original Fried Noodles or Chang's Gluten Free Fried Noodles for a gluten-free option
Hot Chilli Mayo:
- 1/3 cup mayonnaise
- 3 tbs sweet chilli sauce
- 1 tbs lime juice
Optional to garnish:
- Thai Mint
- Spring Onions
Note: we call these Chang's Hot Dogs as they are dairy free and use our fried noodles instead of cheese for those with dairy sensitivities.
Method:
- Prepare hot dogs according to packet instructions.
- Prepare Hot Chilli Mayo.
- Open up each bread bun and spread the hot chilli mayo sauce over the inside of the bun.
- Evenly divide the carrot, radish, sprouts and hot dogs between the bed buns.
- Top with an extra drizzle of hot chilli sauce and a good sprinkle of Chang’s Fried Noodles. Serve and enjoy.
