Ingredients:
- 2 tbsp. neutral oil
- 200g pork mince
- 2 cloves garlic, finely chopped or grated
- 3 spring onions, white and pale green parts only, sliced
- 1 bunch Snake beans, cut into 3-4 cm lengths or 12 – 15 green beans, halved
- 400g Chang's Hokkien Noodles
- 2 tablespoons Chang's Original Oyster Sauce
- 1 tablespoon Chang's Gluten Free Tamari Light Soy Sauce
Method:
- Heat the oil in a wok and add the garlic, stirring until fragrant.Add the spring onions and pork mince, ensuring to stir thoroughly to break up the mince and brown it.
- Finally, add the snake beans and cook for one minute, adding the sauces and the noodles and stirring to heat the noodles and coat all the ingredients.
- Transfer to a serving plate and serve immediately.
