Ingredients:
- 120g butter, chopped
- 200g white marshmallows
- 2 packets Chang’s Fried Noodles
- 2 cups Froot Loops cereal
- 32 small chocolate Easter eggs to decorate
Method:
- Place butter and marshmallows into a medium saucepan. Cook, stirring over medium heat, until mixture is melted and smooth.
- Transfer to a large bowl. Add noodles and cereal, stir well to combine.
- Spoon into a 25 by 30cm slab pan, lined with baking paper. Allow to cool for 20 minutes, then while still warm press Easter Eggs into the top of the mixture.
- Refrigerate for 30 minutes, or until firm.
- Cut into 16 bars.
