Ingredients:
- 1 packet Chang's Original Fried Noodles, or Chang's Gluten Free Fried Noodles
- ½ Chinese cabbage
- 6 green onions, sliced on the diagonal
- ½ cup slivered almonds
- 1 large carrot, cut into matchsticks
- 1 red onion, thinly sliced
- 1 long red chilli, thinly sliced
- juice of 1 lime
- handful on Thai mint
- 2/3 cup Chang's Crispy Noodle Salad Dressing
Method:
- Finely shred cabbage and place in large bowl and drizzle with Chang’s Fried Noodle Salad Dressing.
- Add green onion, almonds, carrot, red onion, mint, and chilli. Combined well.
- Squeeze lime juice over salad, then add Chang’s fried noodles and toss.
- Garnish with extra mint and chilli. Serve immediately.
