Ingredients:
- 1 pack Changs Long Life Noodles
- 500g white fish fillets, cut into 2cm cubes
- 1 onion, sliced
- ½ red capsicum, cut into thin strips
- 2 bunches broccolini, cut into 4cm lengths
- 1/3 cup cashews
- 1/3 cup Changs Oyster Sauce
Method:
- Heat a little oil in a large wok or non stick frying pan over high heat. Add fish and stir fry in batches until golden and nearly cooked through. Remove from the heat.
- Whilst the fish is cooking soften the Changs Long Life Noodles in boiling water. Drain and set aside.
- Add onion, red capsicum and broccolini to the wok along with a little extra oil and stir fry for 2-3 minutes.
- Return the fish to the wok with the noodles and cashews. Toss through the Changs Oyster Sauce until fully coated and serve.
