Ingredients:
- 400g milk chocolate, melted
- 3 pkt Chang's Original Fried Noodles
- ¾ cup hundreds and thousands
- 200g Nestle Top ‘n’ Fill caramel filling
- 16 muffin cases
- 48 mini candy-coated Easter eggs
Method:
- Combine in a wide bowl the melted chocolate and noodles until well coated then pour over the hundreds and thousands and stir to evenly distribute.
- Place muffin cases into muffin tins and evenly divide noodle mixture. Press with a spoon the noodle mixture around the case edges, leaving an indent to pour the caramel once nest has set.
- Place into fridge for 30 minutes and allow nest to set.
- Remove from paper cases and add a heaped teaspoon of caramel into each nest and top with 3 easter eggs.
- Serve immediately or place back into the fridge until needed.
