Ingredients:
- 6 boneless chicken thighs, trimmed of excess fat and cut into 2-3cm pieces
- 2 cloves garlic, crushed
- 1 thumb ginger, peeled and grated
- 3 tbsp. Chang's Original Hoisin Sauce
- 1 tbsp. tomato ketchup
- 1 tbsp. Chang's Gluten Free Tamari Light Soy Sauce
- 1 red capsicum, cut into 2cm pieces
- 1 green capsicum, cut into 2cm pieces
Method:
- Combine all ingredients except spring onions in a bowl and marinate covered in the fridge for 2-4 hours.
- Thread the chicken and capsicum onto pre-soaked marinated skewers and cook over low/medium heat on the char grill until just cooked through.
- Serve with steamed rice and Chinese greens.
