Ingredients:
- 400g boneless, skinless chicken thighs, trimmed of excess fat
- 4-6 spring onions, white and pale green parts only, cut into 2-3 cm lengths
- 8-12 bamboo skewers, soaked in water for at least an hour
- 200ml Chang’s Yakitori Sauce
- 1 tbsp. neutral oil
Method:
- Cut chicken into 3cm pieces and place in a bowl with half the Chang’s Yakitori Sauce covered in the fridge for 2-4 hours.
- Thread the meat onto skewers, alternating with the spring onion pieces and cook over coal (ideally) or on BBQ grill plate, brushed with the neutral oil, or under the grill of your oven until just cooked through, brushing with the other half of the sauce.
