Ingredients:
- 1kg beef, sirloin steak or scotch fillet cubed
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- 3 tbs Chang's Original Hoisin Sauce
- 3 tbs Chang's Gluten Free Tamari Light Soy Sauce
- 1 tbs Chang's Original Oyster Sauce
- 1 tbs Chang's Pure Sesame Oil
- 2 tbs Honey
- Cooking oil
Optional accompanying Salad:
- Slices of cucumber
- Carrot sticks
- Bean sprouts
- Red and green onions
- Shredded Cabbage
- Chang's Original Fried Noodles
- Chang's Crispy Noodle Salad Dressing
Method:
- Combine all marinade ingredients in a bowl and add beef. Marinade overnight or a minimum of 8 hours.
- Thread beef through skewers.
- Brush oil onto grill or barbeque and over high heat cook 2-3 minutes per side (over 3 sides).
- Serve immediately. Garnish with toasted sesame seeds and serve with salad.
