Ingredients:
- Iceberg
- Avocado
- Carrot
- Celery
- Corn
- Cherry tomatoes
- Cucumber
- Green capsicum

- Radishes
- Hard boiled egg/quails egg
- Green beans
- Button mushrooms
Dressing:
- Chang's Crunchy Fried Noodles or Chang's Original Fried Noodles or Chang's Gluten Free Fried Noodles for a gluten-free option.
- Chang's Crispy Noodle Salad Dressing
Method
- Simply cut (chop) each ingredient into approximately the same size then place in a salad bowl and gently toss with Chang’s Asian Dressing and Chang’s Original Crunchy Noodles.
- For a gluten free alternative, simply remove the Chang’s Original Crunchy Noodles.
