Ingredients:
- ¼ cabbage, shredded finely
- ¼ red cabbage, shredded finely
- ¼ cup crushed peanuts
- 4 green onions
- 1 large carrot, grated
- 1 packet Chang's Original Fried Noodles, Chang's Gluten Free Fried Noodles or Chang's Crunchy Fried Noodles
- ½ cup Chang's Crispy Noodle Salad Dressing
- 2 teaspoons Chang's Pure Sesame Oil
Method:
- Combine in a bowl the cabbage, greens onions and carrot.
- Drizzle over Chang’s Crispy Noodle Salad Dressing and Sesame Oil.
- Toss through Chang’s Fried Noodles and crushed Peanuts.
- Serve immediately.
- Make it a meal by serving it with our Teriyaki Roast Chicken and Corn.
